Bookmarks are your private reading list in MateFlow. When a post is worth keeping — a great resource, an answer you will need again, or something to read later — save it with a single tap and find it all in one place. Bookmarks are personal: only you see what you have saved.
Saving a post
Every post has a bookmark icon in its action bar. Tap it to save the post; the icon fills in to show it is saved, and tapping again removes it. The change is instant, and MateFlow confirms with a short Post bookmarked or Bookmark removed message. You will need to be signed in to save anything.
You can bookmark from anywhere a post appears — your home feed, inside a space, or on the post's own page — and the saved state stays in sync everywhere that post is shown.
Finding your saved posts
Open the Bookmarks page (at /bookmarks) to browse everything you have kept, newest first. As your list grows, two tools help you zero in:
- Search — a search box appears once you have several bookmarks; type to filter your saved posts by keyword.
- Filter by space — when your bookmarks span more than one space, a space filter lets you narrow the list to a single space, or show all spaces at once.
A refresh control re-pulls the latest, and clearing your filters returns you to the full list. The page loads more bookmarks automatically as you scroll.
Reminders on saved posts
Bookmarks can do more than store links — you can attach a reminder to any saved post so it resurfaces when you actually want to act on it.
- Choose Set reminder on a bookmark and pick a date and time in the future.
- Add an optional note to remind yourself why you saved it.
- Each bookmark shows its status at a glance — reminds in… for upcoming reminders, or overdue once the time has passed.
- You can edit the date, time, or note later, or remove the reminder entirely while keeping the bookmark.
This makes bookmarks a lightweight way to plan follow-ups: save a discussion you want to answer tomorrow, or a resource to review next week, and let the reminder bring it back.
