Everything about your memberships lives in your Member Center. From there you can see what you currently have, redeem codes, update how you pay, and cancel a paid plan if you need to. This guide covers each task for you as a member. (If you run the community and manage its plans and pricing, see the owner-facing billing guide linked at the end.)
View your active memberships
Open your Member Center to see everything you hold:
- Active tiers — your recurring membership tiers, with the price, billing cycle and included benefits. Expand any tier to view its benefits.
- One-time purchases — spaces you bought lifetime access to. These never expire and you can enter them straight from the card.
- Requests — the status of any join requests you've submitted, so you know what's pending, approved or declined.
Redeem a code
Have a code from a promotion, gift or invitation? In your Member Center, select Redeem code.
- Type or paste your code and select Validate.
- If it's valid, you'll see what it unlocks — the type, the plan it applies to, and any expiry date.
- Select Apply to add it to your account. Your memberships update immediately.
Update your payment method
To change the card on file for a paid membership, select Manage billing from your Member Center. This opens your secure billing portal, where you can:
- Update or replace your payment method
- View and download past invoices
- See your next billing date and amount
Cancel a paid membership
You can cancel a recurring membership at any time from the subscription settings (reachable via Manage billing). When you cancel:
- Your membership stays active until the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then.
- You won't be charged again after that date.
- Changed your mind? While a cancellation is still scheduled, you can select Reactivate to keep your membership going.
One-time purchases are lifetime and aren't affected by cancelling a subscription.
