The Member Center is your personal dashboard inside a MateFlow community. It gathers everything tied to your account โ your membership and tiers, lifetime purchases, achievements, points, and the spaces you have asked to join โ on a single page. You reach it from the community navigation menu (look for Member Center); you need to be signed in, and it appears on communities whose plan includes member tiers.
Your identity header
At the top, a header card shows your avatar, display name, and current status. Look here for:
- Your subscription status and current tier badge.
- A membership summary line โ when your plan renews, when it ends, or when a trial finishes.
- Your points, progress toward the next level, and global rank (if points are enabled).
Two buttons live here too: Manage billing opens your subscription settings, and Redeem code lets you enter a gift or access code.
Your assets: tiers and buyouts
The Assets section lists what your membership currently unlocks:
- Active tiers โ each tier you hold, with its price and billing cycle, its status, and a View benefits toggle that expands the full perk list. The gear icon jumps straight to subscription management for that plan. If a tier is set to expire, a note tells you the date.
- One-time buyouts โ spaces you bought once for lifetime access. Each card carries a Lifetime badge and an Enter space button, plus the date you purchased it.
Achievements and points
The Achievements section shows your medals โ visual badges you earn as you participate. When points are turned on for the community, a Points section adds your points history (how you earned and spent points) alongside a points rules panel that explains exactly which actions award points, so you know how to climb the next level.
Your join requests
If you have asked to join private spaces, the Requests section tracks each one with a status badge โ pending, approved, or rejected. From here you can cancel a request that is still pending, or enter a space once it has been approved. If a request was declined, any reason the admin gave appears inline.

At the bottom, an Explore plans call-to-action takes you to the community's subscription page, where you can upgrade, add a tier, or unlock more spaces.
