The Member Center is your personal member dashboard in a community. It brings together your membership, the access groups you belong to, spaces you bought, your medals and points, and your requests to join spaces.
Who can do this: Any signed-in member. · Where: Web and the Mateflow app for iOS and Android. · Plan: The Member Center appears only if your community offers paid memberships or access groups. Medals and points appear only if your community uses them.
Open the Member Center
- On the web: click your avatar in the top bar and choose Member Center.
- In the app: open the menu (☰) and tap Member center.
If you don't see it, your community doesn't use the Member Center.
Your membership summary and shortcuts
The card at the top shows your name and a line about your membership: when it renews or ends, when your trial ends, or No active subscription. If points are on, it also shows your points, how many you need for the next level, and your rank.
The buttons next to it:
- Quick Upgrade: switch right away to a plan that costs more. Shown only while your subscription or trial is active.
- Manage Billing: opens your subscription and billing page.
- Redeem Code: enter a promo, gift, or partner code.
In the app, the same card has Manage plan and Redeem. Redeem isn't available in the iOS app. For plan changes, billing, codes, and cancelling, see Manage your membership and payments.
My Subscriptions & Assets
- Active Membership: the membership you hold, with its status and, if it's ending, Will expire on a date. Click View benefits to see what it includes, or the settings icon (Manage subscription) to change it. No membership yet? Click Browse Plans.
- Lifetime Access: spaces you bought with a one-time payment, with the purchase date. They don't expire. Click Enter Space to open one.
In the app, My access groups lists every access group (previously called member tiers) you belong to and how many spaces each unlocks. A group your admins gave you, rather than one you pay for, is marked Included. Spaces you bought appear under Lifetime access.
My Achievements: Membership Medals
Membership Medals shows the medal you're displaying and the others you can earn. Each medal is Unlocked or Locked, with its requirements, such as Points, Posts, Comments, Likes received, Login days, Subscription months, or Total spent, and your Progress to unlock. My Points: history and how to earn
When your community uses points, My Points shows:
- your Login streak: how many days in a row you've signed in, and your longest streak;
- Points History: what you earned points for, and when;
- How to Earn Points: the actions that give points in this community, and any daily limits.

Space Requests: track your join requests
Space Join Requests lists your requests to join private spaces, with their status:
- Pending: click Cancel to withdraw the request.
- Approved: click Enter to open the space.
- Rejected: the admin's reason, if they gave one, appears under the request.
In the app, open Join requests and tap Withdraw to cancel a pending request.
Explore plans from the Member Center
At the bottom, Unlock More Potential leads to your community's plans. Click Explore Plans to compare plans and subscribe or change plans.
Check your content under review
To see your posts and comments that are waiting for review or were removed, go to Settings → Content review on the web. In the app, open Member center and tap Content review status under My content.
