A panel for running the event
Hosts and space admins no longer need the admin console. The management window opens on an overview — visits, registrations, conversion, capacity used — and adds two sections: Attendees, to search, filter, change someone’s RSVP, add their guests, act on many at once and export the list as CSV; and Check-in, which opens on the day of the event, in the event’s own time zone.
Registration you can open and close
Registration can now close on a deadline or straight away, and the event page says so instead of failing at the last step. Guests count towards capacity, so the card, the overview and the server finally agree on what full means — and a full event offers the waitlist and the length of the queue. Co-hosts can be named from the space’s members.
Announcements to the people you mean
An announcement can go to one of six audiences — attending, checked in, not checked in, maybe, waitlist, or everyone who replied — each showing how many people that is. Sending after the event is allowed; it is often the point. Reach the daily limit and the button tells you how long the wait really is.
Series and calendars
A recurring event now shows which occurrence you are on, marks the ones that were moved, and lets you edit this one or every one after it, cancel the rest, or add more. Calendar subscriptions cover what you attend, what you host, or a whole space — live, unlike the one-off file that keeps the old time after you reschedule.

- Filters for space, featured, spots left, type and date — on mobile too — and cards that say cancelled, rescheduled, full, or that you are already going.
- Checking someone in can award attendance points, and the panel explains that they land a moment later.
- An event created with a discussion links to it, so questions stay in the post’s comments.
- An existing event can be reused as a template, and on iPhone a single event now goes through the system calendar.
