A lesson player built for study
Playback speed is remembered, keyboard shortcuts (J/L/K, Space, F, M) work as expected, and the next lesson can start on its own. Chapters appear as titled markers on the timeline, and instructors can upload .vtt captions per lesson — on the web and in the mobile app. Notes now carry timestamps: stamp the current moment with Alt+T, click it later to jump back, and export the set as Markdown or text.
Level-gated lessons
A course can now require a member level. A locked lesson says how far away you are — the level you need and the points you are missing — and points you at the rules, instead of an enrolment button that would only be refused. Completing a lesson or passing a quiz shows the points it will earn. Completion is final now: the old “tap again to undo” could roll back progress and a certificate by accident.
More ways to build a course
Add a batch of lessons at once, drag lessons between sections, attach chapters, captions and related resources, and link a live room or event to a lesson — required or optional, completed by attending or by watching the replay. Where AI is enabled, you can draft an outline or a quiz and edit it before it goes in.
Courses that can be found
Course and catalogue pages are now rendered for search engines and social previews — title, description, image, canonical URL, structured data, sitemap entries — and certificates carry a public verification link anyone can check.
