Affiliate Program Terms

These terms govern participation in the Mateflow affiliate program. By joining the program, you agree to them.

1. Commission

You earn 30% of the recurring subscription revenue from customers you refer, for the lifetime of their subscription.
Commission is calculated on the net amount actually paid to Mateflow and is re-rated automatically for upgrades, downgrades, and proration.
Commission applies to new customer subscriptions. A customer who is already subscribed does not generate a new commission by later clicking an affiliate link; recurring commission stays with the affiliate who first referred them.
If a creator you refer runs more than one community, your commission covers every subscription under their account.

Referrals are tracked with a 90-day cookie and, where used, your unique coupon code.
A referral is credited to the last affiliate link or coupon code applied before the customer subscribes.

The minimum payout is $50 in cleared commission, paid monthly by PayPal or Wise.
Commission clears after a 45-day hold that covers the trial and refund window.
Refunds and chargebacks are automatically deducted from your balance.

No bidding on Mateflow brand terms (for example "Mateflow" or "Mateflow discount") in paid search.
No registering domains or social accounts that impersonate Mateflow or imply you are official.
You must disclose the affiliate relationship as required by the FTC and equivalent regulations.
Coupon codes are issued only to partners who produce genuine content; coupon-aggregator and cashback sites are not accepted.
Self-referrals — buying your own subscription through your own link — do not earn commission.

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice.
Commission already earned on existing referrals will not be retroactively reduced.
We may remove partners who violate these rules; existing valid commissions are still honored.
