• Money laundering or fraud.

Harmful Content

• Hate speech or discrimination.
• Harassment, bullying, or threats.
• Violence or violent content.
• Adult, sexually explicit, or pornographic content.
• Self-harm or suicide promotion.

Spam & Abuse

• Unsolicited bulk messaging (spam).
• Phishing or malware distribution.
• Fake accounts or impersonation.
• Automated scraping or data harvesting.

Security & Technical

• Hacking or unauthorized access attempts.
• DDoS attacks or service disruption.
• Vulnerability exploitation.
• Excessive resource consumption.

Monetization & Payments Abuse

• Pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing, or other deceptive earning claims.
• Selling prohibited, counterfeit, or illegal goods or services.
• Misrepresenting paid memberships, offerings, or what members will receive.
• Payment fraud, chargeback abuse, or circumventing platform fees.

AI & Automation Abuse

• Using AI features to generate illegal, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited content.
• Attempting to extract model data, bypass safety controls, or inject malicious instructions.
• Automated requests, scraping, or API use beyond published rate limits.

• Building genuine communities around shared interests.
• Educational content and learning communities.
• Professional networking and industry groups.
• Customer communities and support forums.
• Creator content and fan communities.
• Nonprofit and charitable organizations.
• Hobby and interest-based groups.

If you operate a community on Mateflow, you are responsible for what happens inside it. You agree to:

• Set and enforce community guidelines consistent with this policy.
• Moderate content and review member reports in a timely way.
• Ensure any paid memberships or offerings are lawful and accurately described.
• Comply with applicable laws, including consumer-protection and tax obligations, for your community.

While Community Owners maintain control over their community's content, Mateflow reserves the right to:

• Review reported content for policy violations.
• Remove content that violates this policy.
• Suspend or terminate accounts for repeated violations.
• Cooperate with law enforcement when required.
