Mateflow ("we," "our," or "us") is a social community SaaS platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you use our Service.

Mateflow hosts many independent communities, so our privacy role depends on the data involved:

• Platform data. For account, billing, and platform-level information, Mateflow is the data controller and this policy applies directly.
• Community member data. For personal data that members share inside a community, the Community Owner is the controller and Mateflow acts as a processor on their behalf. That community's own privacy notice and practices also apply.

If you are a member of a community, contact that Community Owner about how they handle your data; you can contact us for anything relating to the platform itself.

We may collect personal information that you provide to us, including:

When you use Mateflow's AI features, the content and knowledge sources you connect are processed to generate responses within your own community. We do not use this content to train shared or third-party AI models without your permission. AI processing may involve trusted AI service providers that act on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and security commitments.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and for legitimate business purposes. When you delete your account, we will delete or de-identify your personal information, unless we are required to retain it for legal or security reasons.
