White-label community platform
A white-label community platform lets you run a community fully under your own brand — your domain, logo, colors, and (often) your own mobile app — with no vendor branding.
White-label means the underlying software is invisible to your members: the community lives on your own custom domain, uses your logo and theme, and carries no "powered by" badge from the vendor. To members it simply looks like your product.
This matters for brands and businesses that want to own the relationship and the experience rather than send members to a third-party platform that looks like everyone else's. Full white-label usually includes custom domains, custom CSS or theming, branded email, and increasingly a branded mobile app.
White-label capabilities are typically tiered: logos and basic theming on entry plans, custom domains higher up, and full white-label (including mobile and removing all vendor branding) on business or enterprise plans.
